姚忻教授簡(jiǎn)介:上海交通大學(xué),物理與天文系,長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者特聘教授。 日本東京海洋大學(xué)海洋科學(xué)技術(shù)研究科、日本東北大學(xué)金屬材料研究所、日本名古屋大學(xué)晶體材料科學(xué)系訪問(wèn)教授(JSPS)、美國(guó)休斯敦大學(xué)超導(dǎo)中心訪問(wèn)教授(CSC) 、德國(guó)康斯坦茨大學(xué)、德國(guó)Leibniz固體材料研究所訪問(wèn)教授。
在上海交通大學(xué)物理系組建晶體生長(zhǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,主要從事大尺寸高質(zhì)量稀土鋇銅氧單一及摻雜系統(tǒng)的單晶和外延膜工作,制高質(zhì)量、大尺寸和具有特殊物性(包括特定晶向)的REBCO單晶體、塊體和液相外延晶片方面,取得了一系列具有國(guó)際影響及世界領(lǐng)先的研究成果,制備了世界最大YBCO和NdBCO超導(dǎo)單晶材料,獲9項(xiàng)日、歐、美專利。兩次在美國(guó)召開(kāi)的國(guó)際超導(dǎo)會(huì)議上獲“大尺寸及高質(zhì)量超導(dǎo)體單晶體獎(jiǎng)”。獲授權(quán)中國(guó)發(fā)明專利28項(xiàng)。已發(fā)表SCI論文170多篇。
報(bào)告摘要:The REBCO superconductor is a key material for fundamental study on the copper oxide: its superconductivity mechanism and engineering application. The preparation of high quality epitaxial film is one of the most important fields for this material. Adopting liquid phase epitaxy (LPE), our research involves the growth of various orientated films and artificial film structures, for superconducting mechanism study, Josephson junction’s device design and artificial flux pinning optimization. Through the thermodynamics and kinetics tuning, we have realized the effective control in preparing the pure a- or c-axis oriented film; obtaining the high quality artificial a/c interface structure; growing the a-axis grains mixed c-axis oriented films with well alignment, which are unsuccessful by the prior art crystal growth methods.
