  報(bào)告摘要:Fragile X syndrome (FXS) is a neurological disorder, caused by inactivation of fragile X mental retardation 1 (Fmr1) gene expression, which seriously affects children’s physical and mental health. Furthermore, FXS and autism were diagnosed as comorbidities, and Fmr1 is the single largest gene causing autism (about 5%). The main clinical symptoms of both diseases include cognitive deficits, sensory disturbances and social disorders. In addition to being widely observed, the sensory impairment during early childhood is increasingly thought to lead to cognitive and social disorders in adulthood. However, the neural mechanism underlying sensory, especially vision, impairment is still unclear. In this work, we used genetically deficient disease mice (Fmr1KO mice), and combined use of in vivo imaging techniques and behavioral detection techniques to find that the loss of genes caused the primary visual cortex to appear abnormal when processing lower-level visual information such as

  

  嘉賓簡介

  張晨,首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院院長。國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃首席科學(xué)家。1998年畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué),師從中科院神經(jīng)科學(xué)研究所周專教授于2003年獲得理學(xué)博士,2004年赴美師從Thomas C. Südhof教授(2013年諾獎(jiǎng)得主)從事博士后、助理研究員工作,2010年至2018年任北京大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院研究員。主要研究方向?yàn)榘柶澓DY(AD)等神經(jīng)精神疾病的病理情況下大腦神經(jīng)突觸連接、突觸后受體、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的動(dòng)態(tài)變化。先后主持國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃、國家自然科學(xué)基金委面上、軍委科技委項(xiàng)目、北京市基金-市教委聯(lián)合資助項(xiàng)目等。發(fā)表SCI論文40余篇,總影響因子376,其中以責(zé)任作者和第一作者(含共同)發(fā)表多篇SCI論文(含Nature、Neuron、Nature Neuroscience、PNAS等),SCI總引用超1400次,h index為16,主編中文專著《孤獨(dú)癥譜系障礙》?,F(xiàn)任中國生物物理學(xué)會(huì)理事、中國實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物學(xué)會(huì)理事、中國實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物學(xué)會(huì)理事腦科學(xué)分會(huì)主任委員、北京市神經(jīng)科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)理事等。
