Prospectus of Hebei University of Technology 2021 for Bachelor Students
1. Time to apply

2. Supporting Categories, Duration and Instruction Language
(1) Supporting Category. This scholarship only supports bachelor students majoring in Civil Engineering and Communication Engineering.
(2) Duration. This scholarship only supports bachelor’s students for 2 academic years.
(3) Instruction Language: English-taught program.
3. Eligibility
(1) Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health. From January to September 2021, applicants should be in China.
(2) Requirements for applicants’ degree and age: applicants must be a higher vocational college graduate and no more than 25.
(3) English proficiency: applicants should have TOEFL results not lower than 85 or IELTS results not lower than 6.0.
(4) Chinese proficiency: applicants must have HSK3 results not lower than 180.
(5) Requirements for study background: the major applied by the applicants should be related to their study majors in higher vocational college.
4. Application Procedure
Complete the online application procedure at “Online Application System of Hebei University of Technology for International Students” (Visit https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do to log in).
5. Application Documents
(1) Copy of Passport Home Page.
(2) Notarized highest diploma: Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school.
(3) Academic transcripts: Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
(4) Applicants must submit a photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy should be kept by the applicant. The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority). The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.
(5) Non-criminal record report. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.
(6) Financial report.
(7) Language qualification certificate. e.g., HSK certificates, IELTS or TOFEL report, instruction language certificate.
6. Fees and Charges
(1) Application fee: 600 RMB. No application fee will be returned.
(2) Tuition fee: 16000 RMB/ academic year.
(3) Accommodation fee: 600 RMB/bed/month, the students are responsible for water and power.
7. Scholarship
First-class scholarship: free tuition, free accommodation (Quadruple Room)
Second-class scholarship: pay half tuition, free accommodation (Quadruple Room)
Notice:
① Free accommodation is only provided in quadruple room. If you apply for a double room or a single room, you should pay the accommodation fee for the new room type. The fees for quadruple room can not be deducted from the price of the new room type. Off-campus accommodation is not allowed.
② According to the application documents, Admission Office of SIE will grant the applicants the scholarship. From the second academic year, international students are required to do the Scholarship Annual Review. Based on the results of Scholarship Annual Review, scholarship will be determined by Management Office. The students who break the law or regulations will have their scholarships suspended or canceled in accordance with the policy.

三、申請(qǐng)條件
1.非中國(guó)籍公民，身體健康，申請(qǐng)至入學(xué)階段須在中國(guó)境內(nèi)；
2.學(xué)歷和年齡要求：須具有中國(guó)高等職業(yè)院校畢業(yè)學(xué)歷，成績(jī)優(yōu)秀，年齡不超過 25 歲；
3.英語水平：申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)達(dá)到TOEFL 成績(jī)85分以上或 IELTS 成績(jī)6.0分以上水平；
4.漢語水平：申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)達(dá)到HSK3級(jí)180分以上水平；
5.專業(yè)要求：申請(qǐng)土木工程專業(yè)需具有土木類專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)背景，申請(qǐng)通信工程專業(yè)需具有電子類專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)背景。
四、申請(qǐng)流程
登錄“河北工業(yè)大學(xué)來華留學(xué)網(wǎng)上報(bào)名系統(tǒng)”（登錄https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do后，點(diǎn)擊注冊(cè)）填寫申請(qǐng)信息，完成網(wǎng)上報(bào)名。
五、申請(qǐng)材料
1.護(hù)照首頁(yè)；
2.經(jīng)過公證的最高學(xué)歷證明。如申請(qǐng)人為在校學(xué)生，須提交本人就讀學(xué)校出具的預(yù)計(jì)畢業(yè)證明或在學(xué)證明；
3.學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)單。中英文以外文本須附經(jīng)公證的中文或英文的譯文；
4.《外國(guó)人體格檢查表》復(fù)印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中國(guó)衛(wèi)生檢疫部門統(tǒng)一印制，須英文填寫）。申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照《外國(guó)人體格檢查表》中要求的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行檢查。缺項(xiàng)、未貼有本人照片或照片上未蓋騎縫章、無醫(yī)師和醫(yī)院簽字蓋章的《外國(guó)人體格檢查表》無效。檢查結(jié)果有效期為6個(gè)月；
5.無犯罪記錄證明。申請(qǐng)人須提交由所在地公安機(jī)關(guān)出具的有效期內(nèi)的無犯罪記錄證明，通常應(yīng)為提交申請(qǐng)之日前6個(gè)月以內(nèi)的證明文件；
6.財(cái)產(chǎn)證明；
7.語言能力證明。如HSK成績(jī)報(bào)告（HSK成績(jī)報(bào)告有效期為兩年），雅思或托福成績(jī)單，畢業(yè)學(xué)校出具的授課語言證明。
六、收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
報(bào)名費(fèi)：600元（不論錄取與否，均不退還）；
學(xué)費(fèi)：16000元/學(xué)年；
住宿費(fèi)：600元/床/月，水費(fèi)、電費(fèi)學(xué)生自理。
七、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金內(nèi)容
一等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：免交全額學(xué)費(fèi)，提供免費(fèi)校內(nèi)住宿（四人間）
二等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：免交一半學(xué)費(fèi)，提供免費(fèi)校內(nèi)住宿（四人間）
注：①免費(fèi)提供住宿僅限規(guī)定房型，如需升級(jí)為雙人間或單人間，按新房型原價(jià)支付住宿費(fèi)，原免費(fèi)提供住宿部分不得抵扣新房型費(fèi)用。不允許校外住宿。
②國(guó)際教育學(xué)院招生辦公室根據(jù)留學(xué)生報(bào)名材料進(jìn)行審核并確定其第一學(xué)年獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的等次及資格。自第二學(xué)年起，留學(xué)生需每年參加獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金年度評(píng)審，由國(guó)際教育學(xué)院留學(xué)生管理辦公室根據(jù)其前一學(xué)年的表現(xiàn)評(píng)審其下一學(xué)年的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格，對(duì)存在 違規(guī)違紀(jì)等行為者，學(xué)校依據(jù)《河北省政府-河北工業(yè)大學(xué)來華留學(xué)生聯(lián)合獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金管理辦法》暫停或取消其獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格。
